Mr. Perfetti is a subject matter expert in corporate finance and strategy who has delivered over 1500 executive education teaching days over the past 25 years for leading corporations and consulting firms including McKinsey & Co, Google, UnitedHealth Group, KPMG, PVH, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Santander, BBVA, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citibank, Standard Chartered, China Merchants Bank, Bank of Beijing, Siam Commercial Bank, Westpac, CTBC, SASAC, EHouse, Shanghai Municipal Government, Aegon, Legal & General, Shire, GlaxoSmithKline, Endo, Eisai, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, Medtronic, Eli Lilly, Medstar, West Pennsylvania Allegheny Health System, Penn Medicine, Royal Caribbean, Lands’ End, Hughes, AT&T, Entergy, Black & Decker, Sprint, Digicel, General Electric, Ericsson, Ingersoll Rand, AECOM, Lane Construction, Novelis, Dow Chemical, Rio Tinto, CSX, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, United Technologies, Exelis, Force 3, Nestle, ABB, Motorola, Chevron, Chevron Phillips Chemical, Sun Microsystems, Worldspan and Delta.

Mr. Perfetti is a partner in the consulting and executive education firm Percipient Partners LLC. Percipient focuses on business acumen, strategic planning, financial analysis and culture work. Mr. Perfetti is also a Learning Director and teaches in executive education programs for the Wharton School of Business. He has taught in numerous open enrollment and custom programs including the Wharton Executive Development Program. Mr. Perfetti was on the team at Wharton that won the 2011 Excellence in Practice Award from EFMD for work at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr. Perfetti currently serves as a Lecturer at the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park and teaches Equity Analysis at the Masters, MBA and undergraduate level, as well as Corporate Finance in the MBA program. He has won the Distinguished Teaching Award for the 2014-2015 academic year and the Top 15% teaching award in 2012 and 2013 for teaching excellence as voted by the students. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown Law School where he teaches corporate finance for Law Students. Mr. Perfetti also delivers executive programs for Duke Corporate Education. Mr. Perfetti was previously an Adjunct Faculty at Emory University where he taught in the MBA program and in various executive education programs.

Mr. Perfetti has authored 3 financial CD ROMs including the award winning Why Finance Matters. A serial entrepreneur, he started Intelliworks Inc., a venture- backed CRM company focused on higher education and an online knowledge sharing company. While at Intelliworks, Mr. Perfetti helped raise $19m of venture financing through several rounds of financing. Intelliworks was acquired in 2011 by Hobsons.

Mr. Perfetti is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a teaching assistant in both the MBA and Executive MBA programs for a capstone business policy course. Mr. Perfetti also was an avid debater, attending the US National Championships in 1989 and 1990, as well as the 1990 World Debating Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. He holds a BS in Economics with a concentration in management.
